Apple day is back again, offering a chance to celebrate the beauty and bounty of our community orchard, get together with friends & the Clara Vale community & have fun!
It will also be the launch of the new ‘friends of Clara Vale Orchard’ to which everyone is welcome to become a member and share the annual harvest.
Come and join us 10am – 12pm in the village hall for a coffee morning, with lots of apple based baking on offer, plus children craft activities, including apple printing, and badge making.
From 2-4pm Come along and join the appley fun! We will be pressing windfalls to make juice, adding to the bug hotel & enjoying freshly fried apple fritters.
Please note: if the weather is very wet of the day, we will combine the two events and do apple pressing & serve fritters at the hall in the morning.
